As a Vietnamese-owned kitchen, we've had the pleasure of welcoming Vietnamese tour groups travelling through Scotland — and there is something particularly lovely about watching people light up when familiar flavours arrive at the table after days away from home.

We welcome private and organised groups of 10–45 guests, with set menus designed for relaxed, efficient group dining.

Located in Haymarket, NAM is conveniently positioned for Edinburgh itineraries, with nearby coach drop-off at the Coates Gardens / Haymarket Terrace junction.

Our group menus can accommodate halal, vegetarian and vegan guests, with other dietary requirements arranged in advance.

Advance booking is required, and we're happy to work directly with tour operators, DMCs and group organisers on timings, menus and payment arrangements.
Southern Vietnamese Group Menu
Our group menu is designed around the flavours and dishes of Southern Vietnamese home cooking, served family-style for the table to share.
The menu includes comforting soups, slow-braised meats, vegetable dishes, steamed rice and warm lotus tea, with vegetarian and dietary options available by advance arrangement.
Menus are designed specifically for group dining, allowing us to provide smooth, timely service while maintaining the quality of every dish.
